Brenda Dintiman, M.D.
Since her early days in medine, to her founding of The Fair Oaks Skin Care Center, Dr. Dintiman remains committed to her practice and to her medical art. "Every day I spend more time talking online to colleagues who live in the U.S. and international and share ideas and get suggestions on treatments for our patients," Dinitiman says. "This is what makes our practice unique."

Reem Kaiser Tadros, M.D.
Dr. Tadros' compassion has made her develop a special outlook toward her patients. She credits Dr. Wade Smith, one of her oncology attending physicians at her alma mater, the Medical College of Virginia, for instilling his philosophy that 'a doctor needs more than a stethoscope to listen to his or her patient's heart.' "I want to make a difference in people's lives" she explains whether in improving a teen's self esteem by clearing his or her acne, or removing a skin cancer or a dangerous mole that may have gone unnoticed.
Lucrisha Banford, PA-C
As a board certified Physician Assistant (PA), Lucrisha comes to the Dermatology Center with over seven years of experience as a Physician Assistant, with a background in plastic surgery and six years of experience in Dermatology. She has treated medical patients of all ages with chronic and acute skin conditions and has experience with laser and cosmetic procedures. Lucrisha is licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Ms. Banford is originally from Iowa and received her training from Des Moines University. She maintains national certification as a physician assistant, which involves periodic national testing.
